Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee, determined by the cost of your purchase, and each customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our US or Canadian warehouse.Â
Murals, wallpaper, custom orders, samples, items marked as final sale, and products that have been cut, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await credit.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee as soon as possible.Â
Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to submit a request.

Please ensure thorough review of listings, ordering samples for color and pattern verification, and confirming compatibility of chosen materials with your surface before placing an order. Submit a request, before purchasing, with any questions. We also cannot be held responsible for application errors during the installation process. Returns must be made within the 30-day return period, once a return has been approved.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do offer exchanges on all unused products! If you receive your order and find that you don’t like the color and/or design we can offer a one-time exchange. The cost difference and shipping will be held responsible to the customer. Once we receive your exchanged decals we can then process your new order.Â
